Is it Dual Active Sim Mobile

1.Does both sims are active at the same time i mean If I am calling from SIM1, at the same time if some one call me on SIM2 does the phone shows call waiting or it shows not reachable to caller

2.when I call some one does it vibrate  for short duration when the other party receives my call  (Call connect prompt in other china made phones)

There are 2 types of dual SIM phones:
-with 1 CPU, only one SIM card is active. You must switch on/off the cards, when SIM A is on, the SIM B is off, or vice versa.
-with 2 CPU, both SIM cards are active in same time and you can recive calls on both. There is a tone or vibra for indicate the incoming call on your second SIM while you use the first.
